Breakfast basket
We are happy to accommodate your personal preferences and create a breakfast basket just to your taste! Just let us know what you have in mind, and we will take care of the rest, ensuring your morning starts as delightfully as possible.
Final cleaning
Final cleaning is included in the price for stays of 4 nights or more.
For short stays of fewer than 4 nights, a one-off fee of €55.00 is charged.
Children
Please be advised that each child counts as an additional person.
Local tax
A local tax of €2.40 per person per day is charged for people over 14 years of age. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable on site.
Important Information
Deposit
After your booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit of €200.00 per holiday apartment and week to our account within 7 days to secure the booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation within 30 days prior to the start of your holiday, the deposit will be retained by us.
Bread service
On request, we deliver fresh rolls from the village baker or our farmhouse bread right to your door.
Guest Pass
As our guest, you will receive the Guest Pass, which includes free use of all public transport throughout South Tyrol.
Pets
We ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed at Lahnerhof.
Check-in and check-out
Your apartment will be ready for occupancy starting at 3 pm on your arrival day, and we ask that you please vacate the apartment by 9:30 am on your departure day.
Payment methods
You can settle your bill in cash, by card, or via bank transfer.
Laundry room
A laundry room with a washing machine at an additional charge and ironing facilities is available for our guests.
Parking
Free outdoor parking is available for all your vehicles.
Storage
Your bicycles, motorcycles, and skis can be stored in our enclosed garage. Your ski boots can be left overnight to dry in a heated room.
