With a northwesterly upper-level flow and the passage of a cold front, polar air masses reach the Alps. Northerly föhn will dry out the air. In the Vinschgau and the southern parts of the region, a few bright spells are also possible. In the late afternoon and evening, a few more showers will move in from the north. At the same time, with gusty northerly winds, the snow line will drop to around 1000 m. Temperatures will reach highs from 9°C in Bruneck to 13°C in Bozen.

Toward evening, a cold front and gusty northwesterly winds will bring another round of snow showers, with the snow line dropping to around 1000 m. There will be a sharp drop in temperatures in the mountains!
